is a coordinated self help/mutual support group for people with ABI/Brain Impairment and supporters.
Sessions are held in Ross House 247 Flinders Lane Melbourne
- personal journey writing, personal story sharing, meditation, art therapy, gentle chair yoga and breathing exercises, discussions about a variety of topics and making writing a relaxing, joyful and inspirational experience.
- Carers are welcome and are included in the sessions.
